Pricing
You are eligible to choose your preferred amount to purchase the gold and add into your vault, as much as minimum of Rs.100 to maximum of your choice. Kindly keep in mind that the gold rate is prone to change on regular basis and the price difference is inevitable.
Payment
To make the payment easy and safe for you at all times, we have various options from which you can choose one. Payment includes credit card, debit card, UPI, and Net banking. As per government regulations, if there is any applicable tax during the transaction, it will be added to your checkout value. Please bear in mind that ANS Dhivyam have no control over the third-party payment gateways, and their terms and conditions is no way related to us.
Redemption
You can redeem your gold within the stipulated period of or within 11 months by choosing any product from our website catalogue or by visiting the showroom. The catalogue shall be listed with the purchasable products in wide range, and the customer can choose the product that is equivalent to their saved gold or if they choose for the higher value, they can pay the remaining amount by walking into the physical store or by visiting ANS Dhivyam Jewels. The gold can be redeemed either in the form of gold coin(s) or jewel(s). other stipulated charges like Value Addition/Stone Cost. In case of Jewelry, GST will be added while ordering it as physical gold.
Packing
For online shopping, the product is packed safely and securely in a good condition. We have ensured our best to make the packing to the best of our ability to avoid any damage during the transit.
Delivery
After you purchase the product online, you will receive the package of the jewelry in an excellent condition, irrespective of the size of the product. The item(s) will be delivered with relevant certificates and invoices in a good package.
For gold coins, delivery is free within Salem, Tamilnadu. For Jewelry, delivery is free all across India.
Tax and Value Added Charges
Every individual product on the website is valued based on its nature- plain jewel, stoned, gem embedded, and more. As per the Government Regulation and Taxation, CGST and SGST will be added to the final price of the product during checkout.
For a product, the total cost includes the actual jewel price, designing cost and making charges along with the wastages. This is called “Value Added Charges”. ANS Dhivyam reserves all the rights to calculate the final value for the production after careful determination.
